Account information: Email address, display name, and optionally your target exam type and exam date.
Study content: Questions you submit, your answers, AI-generated analysis, flashcards, notes, and study progress data.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and performance metrics to improve the service.
We use your data to: provide AI-powered question analysis and study recommendations, generate flashcards and study plans, track your progress and identify weakness patterns, process payments, and send important service notifications.
Anthropic (Claude AI): Your question content is sent to Anthropic's API for analysis. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Neon: Your data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database hosted in the US with encryption at rest.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure authentication tokens. Two-factor authentication is available for additional account security.
You have the right to: access all data we store about you, export your study data, correct inaccurate information, and request deletion of your account and all associated data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and study content is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated statistics may be retained.
FourChambers is not intended for use by anyone under 18 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
